Optional Services

These services are not open to the public. They are only available for artists that have been approved by our jury and have signed an agreement to officially enroll them as a Norman Felix Artist. Once an artist has been enrolled they can then purchase a Membership that suits their individual needs.

Memberships are only available to artists looking to advance their career as professionals. Artists are not required to purchase a membership package and monthly fees are minimal. The Norman Felix Management division guides artists in packaging their portfolio and gaining exposure through promotions, shows, and private art consultants. Artists who retain our services benefit in the following manner:

• Promotions up to over 120,000 active Fine and Commercial art buyers throughout North America.
• Help in ascertaining viable target markets.
• Increased visibility and credentials.
• Grant assistance.
• Supplies discounts at participating locations.
• Exposure to new revenue generating possibilities.
• Increased website traffic.
• Reports of correspondence, and activities made on the Artist’s behalf
• Attendance in Norman Felix shows and events (No Fee)
• Solo exhibitions assistance and discounts.
• Participation in art fairs.
• Production assistance including: compiling a professional portfolio, graphic design assistance and website support, documentation, and individualized promotional materials.
• Peace of Mind knowing you can FOCUS ON THE ART and not on the administrative details. WE TAKE CARE OF THAT FOR YOU.
• Maintenance of clerical work including: keeping current price lists, inventories and Press Packages
• Artists receive 100% of final sale for artwork that is not represented by Norman Felix. This means that artists can use our services to promote work that is not represented by us and the gallery does not receive a commission on same.

Our Service Memberships come in standard Packages that can be customized depending on the needs of the Artist. The service includes: construction and maintenance of portfolio, building of resume, and the promotion of your career package, specifically tailored to represent you as a professional artist.

Norman Felix Additional Services

• Head Shots - Hair/make up 10 proofs not including prints - $150.00
• Radio / Call interview - one hour unedited includes a digital copy - $75.00
• Video Interview (unedited) - half hour unedited includes a digital copy - $300.00
• Video Interview (edited) - 5 minutes edited includes a digital copy - $700.00
• Press Kit - Designed & Packaged, Biography, Artist Statement, Resume/Show History, Media History/Feedback, Digital edited live interview, NOT INCLUDING PRINT COSTS - $3,000.00
• Show Planning - Small to medium (60 to 200), Red Carpet, Not including Costs, 80 hours" - $2,000.00
• Addition services including and not limited to: - NON MEMBERS -consulting, management, PR, and individual/solo event planning will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $350.00.
• Addition services including and not limited to: - MEMBERS -consulting, management, PR, and individual/solo event planning will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $150.00.

Gallery Rental: One Week Show with Reception

• Gallery Space Rental  - NON MEMBERS -  $500 per week
• Gallery Space Rental -  MEMBERS -  $300 perk week
• Food and Drink for 50 guests - $385
• Live Music - $200 per hour
• Event Photographer(s) $50.00 per hour
