A resident of Toronto for the past twenty-eight years, John Francis was born and raised in Britain. Studies in Theatre at Dalhousie University led to numerous credits including Stage Design, Lighting, Directing and Sound Engineering over the next three decades. An avid model builder in his youth, his affection for detail has shown throughout his work. Continuing in his pursuit of the theme he has lately named 'Fictional Archeologies', John Francis is currently developing new works while his techniques are continuing to evolve. A recent show in Toronto not only prompted an invitation to London, but also saw several works sold.
